Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to GABA (Georgian Armenian Business Association) and governs membership fee refunds made through www.gaba.ge. By accepting the Terms and Conditions on the Website, the user confirms that all provided information is accurate, submitted voluntarily, and that the user has full legal authority to make payments.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund of the membership fee may be requested if one of the following applies:

The user was charged an amount exceeding the applicable monthly membership fee by mistake;

The user does not meet the eligibility criteria for GABA membership;

The user is unable to access or use the benefits available on the Website;

The user experiences technical issues that prevent access to the Website or its services.
2. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the user must:

Send a written request to info@gaba.ge, stating the reason for the refund;

Indicate the amount requested for refund;

Provide identification details and a contact phone number.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment and must be based on one of the valid grounds listed above.
3. Refund Amount and Method

A 100% refund will be issued if a valid request is submitted within 30 days of payment and the eligibility criteria are met;

If an excess amount was paid by mistake, only the overpaid portion will be refunded;

Refunds are processed only via non-cash (bank) transfer to the user’s bank account.
4. Processing Time
GABA undertakes to process approved refunds within 20 (twenty) business days, provided that the request meets the criteria outlined in this Policy.
5. Final Confirmation
As part of the refund process, the user may be required to provide written confirmation stating the requested amount, the refunded amount, and c confirmation that no further claims or disputes exist.
