About GABA
GEORGIAN ARMENIAN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION is a non-profit organization founded in 2025 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Our mission is to strengthen economic, business, and cultural ties between Georgia and Armenia. We are committed to supporting the business community in both countries, facilitating integration and cooperation, and encouraging foreign investment.
GABA aims to foster fair, open, and constructive dialogue between businesses and the public sector, strengthen private sector competitiveness, and contribute to an improved business environment through transparency and good governance.

Our Expertise
At GABA, our team brings over 20 years of experience in banking, retail, construction, and executive management within international business environments across Germany, Georgia, and Armenia. We have held C-level and senior leadership roles in international companies such as ProCredit Bank, VTB Bank, Sparkasse, Mercedes-Benz, Carrefour, Hyundai, IBIS, and more. Our key achievements include developing a strong strategic vision, corporate relations, and extensive market contacts. We specialize in business, investments, market development, marketing, and PR, providing unique opportunities to support Georgian and Armenian companies.
Our Mission
GABA represents and supports the interests of Georgian companies in Armenia and Armenian companies in Georgia. Our mission is to promote bilateral trade and investment, strengthen the business environment, and contribute to the improvement of the legal and regulatory framework in both countries.

Our Commitment to Results
GABA is committed to delivering tangible results by offering strategic support, market entering support, and research. We provide Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) support, office setup assistance in Armenia and Georgia, legal and informational support, and advocacy for improving the business environment. Additionally, we offer networking and market intelligence services, trade and event management, operational and media support, as well as human and advisory support.
Our Experience
With a focus on trade missions, business events, and site visits to factories and field trips, GABA provides operational and media support, guidance on office/partner locations, hotel booking, transport assistance, and media and PR support for events. We also offer additional services such as recruitment, advisory and consulting, translation services, office and meeting room rental, travel arrangements, promotion, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.
